Caroline’s Seaside Café by Giuseppe is located on the UCSD Scripps Institution of Oceanography campus in the Seaside Forum. Serving healthy and creative California style cuisine daily, Caroline’s menu focuses on organic and sustainable sources, hormone-free meats and poultry.
The café features breakfast and lunch with a selection of seasonal specials. Espresso drinks and baked goods are available at the counter all day. Caroline’s is reflective of the UCSD Seaside Forum’s relaxing contemporary look with approximately 40 seats inside and 40 on the outside ocean view patio. The interior décor is based on the environment surrounding the building, with its fresh and crisp seaside colors.
